  • Account Creation: To sell products, you must create an account with 2Grape Mall. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.

  • Product Listings: Vendors must provide accurate and complete descriptions of their products, including pricing, availability, and shipping details. All product images and descriptions must comply with our content guidelines.

  • Payment Processing: 2Grape Mall provides a payment gateway for vendors to receive payments for products sold. Vendors agree to our payment processing terms and to pay the associated commission.

  • Commission: 2Grape Mall charges a commission on sales. The standard commission rate is 10% for vendors using our platform. This may vary depending on the services chosen.

  • Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and international laws related to the products they sell. This includes, but is not limited to, consumer protection laws, intellectual property laws, and tax regulations.

  • Prohibited Products: Vendors are prohibited from selling illegal, offensive, harmful, or counterfeit products. 2Grape Mall reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: Customers may create an account to streamline the purchasing process. Providing accurate personal information is essential for processing orders and delivery.

  • Order Placement: By placing an order, customers agree to purchase the products in accordance with the seller’s terms. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Payment: Customers must provide valid payment information and agree to pay for all items in their cart. 2Grape Mall will process payments on behalf of the vendors.

  • Returns and Refunds: Customers are advised to review each vendor’s return and refund policy. 2Grape Mall facilitates customer-vendor communication, but we are not responsible for the vendor’s policies or actions.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Payment Gateway: 2Grape Mall facilitates payment processing for vendors via its payment gateway. Customers will make payments for purchases through our secure payment system.

  • Vendor Fees: 2Grape Mall charges a 10% commission for vendors on every sale made through the platform. Additional fees may apply depending on the vendor’s chosen services.

  • Transfer to Vendors: Vendors will receive their payments on a weekly basis via bank transfer, after deductions for commissions and processing fees.

6. Marketplace Policies

  • Product Listings: All products listed must be accurate and clear in description. Vendors are responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in their product listings.

  • Disputes: In the event of disputes between vendors and customers, 2Grape Mall will assist in mediation, but we are not responsible for resolving the dispute. Both parties must work together to find a solution.

  • Suspension/Termination: 2Grape Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor or customer account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Vendors may be removed from the platform if they engage in fraudulent activities, fail to comply with legal regulations, or fail to maintain good standing.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the 2Grape Mall website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of 2Grape Mall or our affiliates and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • License to Use: Vendors and customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as intended. Any unauthorized use of the platform or its content is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Data: We respect your privacy. By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect personal data to facilitate orders, payments, and account management. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

  • Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal and payment information. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be 100% secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

2Grape Mall reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Vendors and customers will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which 2Grape Mall operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

By registering as a vendor, partner, or client on the 2Grape Mall platform, you acknowledge that you may receive access to non-public, proprietary, or confidential business information, including but not limited to pricing structures, customer data, internal communications, technology systems, marketing strategies, or operational details (collectively, “Confidential Information”).

You agree to keep all such Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to use or disclose it for any purpose other than as necessary to fulfill your responsibilities or engage in legitimate commerce through the platform. You must not share, copy, distribute, or use this information for personal gain or in a manner that may harm 2Grape Mall or its users.

This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect both during and after the termination of your relationship with 2Grape Mall. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or other remedies deemed appropriate under applicable law.
